This year, let us do the cooking. Risbo’s Thanksgiving catering in Brooklyn is back for 2026, with rotisserie mains, family favorite sides and homemade desserts, slow-roasted by Chef Boris and his team in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
Our star of the season is the Prime Roast Beef, marinated for 2.5 days with herbs and spices. Pair it with our Cognac Sauce au Poivre, a creamy black peppercorn sauce. Prefer a classic? Choose a whole roasted chicken, duck, leg of lamb, pork shoulder or branzino, then complete your Thanksgiving dinner with our sides and desserts.

Thanksgiving catering is pickup only, at 701 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Reheating Tips and Friendsgiving Orders
