Chef Boris Ginet Shines with Epicurious

 

We’ve got some exciting news to share! Our Chef/Owner, Boris Ginet, was recently featured in an Epicurious video all about how different countries enjoy toast. Ten chefs, ten countries, and ten unique takes on this everyday favorite. Representing France, Chef Boris whipped up a classic brioche pain perdu—better known as French toast.

For Boris, it’s all about showing that simple things can be just as special as the more complex dishes. With over 30 years in the kitchen, he’s always looking for ways to share a little piece of his French roots and Brooklyn spirit through food.

Now, while you won’t find French toast on the menu here at Risbo French Restaurant in Brooklyn, you will find plenty of other specialties straight from Chef Boris’s heart – and his Parisian background. Think French classics, a touch of creativity, and a lot of love for good food.
