Soft Opening.


After 15 months under construction, Risbo, curated and crafted with Chef Ginet's meticulous eye for design and insight on customer experience, is soft opening in an experiential final phase.  Chef and staff are examining the entire concept-from space to menu- come to life with the Flatbush community's participation. 

The vibe is good here.  The community has a home here.  Our friends and family come here and stay.  Strangers become friends here.  And the food+drinks are perfect for Brooklyn.
